I recently travelled by Mumbai local and found out there is a UTS app available to download online tickets. Unfortunately my experience wasn't great. Thus checked all the comments on the app and found that the majority of users were not able to make 100% use of this app.

As per the Plays tore comments, users were unable to save the ticket on their phone. Thus got fined by the Ticket Collector, when they were told to view the ticket. Since there is no feature to download the ticket and the user didnt have a good connection. The app failed to show the ticket purchased.

Like these were a few more comments on other feature issues and the over all layout of the app. A few users disliked the  over experience of the UI. 

After trying to get in touch with the Dev team through 

emailing and App comments I got no answer. So I decided to redesign the app for them to have a review. I'm still not able to get any one's attention this decided to make a post so that they could take time to review it.
